Common questions
Yes — every frame ships with hardware for both vertical and horizontal hanging, plus bumper pads, pre-installed and ready to hang right out of the box.
Custom frames are handmade to order and typically ship within 1–3 business days. You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.
Our Plexiglass is UV-blocking, lightweight, and shatter-resistant — available for all frame sizes. Regular glass offers a more traditional look and feel but is limited to frames up to 16″ × 20″ and is heavier.
The lip (also called the rabbet) is the inner edge of the frame that holds everything in place. It overlaps the edge of your print by approximately ¼″ on each side — this is standard for all framed artwork.
You may return your frame within 30 days of when the order is placed. Please contact us to initiate a return and we’ll take care of you.
We ship to the continental United States only. We do not currently ship to Hawaii, Alaska, or international destinations.
