Thank you for shopping with US Art Frames! We strive to provide high-quality, custom-made picture frames and art that meet your expectations. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. This process generally takes 2-3 business days.
Returns
- Eligibility: Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
- Non-Returnable Items: Custom-made frames and personalized items are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
- Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.
Damaged or Defective Items
- If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately with your order number and a description of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
Return Process
- Contact Us: Before returning an item, please contact us to initiate a return.
- Prepare Your Package: Safely pack the item in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and documentation.
- Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Refunds
- Inspection: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Processing: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days.
Exchanges
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us at allen.usart@gmail.com.
