🛍️ Returns for Buyer’s Remorse or Change of Mind

If you would like to return an item for any reason other than damage or fulfillment error:

  • You may return the frame within 14 days of delivery.

  • The item must be unused, in its original condition and packaging.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

  • Once we receive the returned item and confirm it is in good condition, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

📦 Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or we’ve sent the wrong item:

  • Please contact us within 14 days of delivery at allen.usart@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the damage or incorrect item.

  • We will promptly send a replacement item at no cost to you.

  • You do not need to return the damaged or incorrect item unless requested.

🔁 Custom Orders & Final Sale Items

  • Custom-sized frames or made-to-order items are considered final sale and are non-refundable, unless they arrive damaged or defective.
